Attendance:

At the end of each month, we will look at attendance and promote/demote accordingly between Member and Raider status. Less than 75% attendance is classified as Member status and greater than or equal to 75% is classified as Raider status. The only repercussions of this is with DKP. If you hold the rank of Member, then you will not be able to bid no more than 40 DKP.

Raiders are expected to research all fights in Wrath before the raid begins. This means watching videos and reading strats off of youtube, bosskillers, wowwiki, tankspot, etc. We do not like spending time before each boss holding 1 person's hand, wasting peoples time and getting out of Ulduar an hour later than intended. Raiders are expected to bring full consumables (flasks/elixirs, food, pots, soul shards, etc.) to every raid.

Raiders are especially expected to research their class/spec for things like which enchants are the best for them, which gems are the best, and which rotation (excluding healers here) is the best for them. (Yes, Eruenn, there is a better rotation than spamming heroic strike) This means reading elitistjerks.com or some other similar website once a week or so to keep up on changes with your class/spec.

Last but not least, be respectful.
